I’ll start with, I am not related to any Zapata’s in Washington
I moved to Washington from California in 2016, this place has felt like home for much longer. After spending time here in the 1990s, I always knew I wanted to return—and I'm grateful to now call the Pacific Northwest home.

Being involved in community events is one of my favorite ways to connect with people. I believe every community has its own unique personality, and I enjoy getting to know the local businesses, parks, waterfronts, and traditions that make each one special. 

I also believe a home is much more than a financial investment—it's where memories are made, milestones are celebrated, and life unfolds. My goal isn't simply to help clients buy or sell a house; it's to provide honest guidance, answer questions, and help people feel confident as they make one of life's biggest decisions.
